Manufacturing Defect:
The product has a major manufacturing defect. -
Damage During Delivery:
The product was damaged during delivery
(must be reported immediately in front of the delivery person). -
Wrong Product / Size / Color:
You received the wrong product, size, or color. -
Report Within 3 Days:
If any issue is found, please inform us within 3 days for an exchange.
We will take action promptly. -
Requests After 3 Days:
If an issue is not reported within 3 days, the request may be declined and the return or exchange might not be accepted. -
Change of Mind Exchange:
If you want to exchange a product due to a change of mind or any reason not listed above,
you will be responsible for the return and re-delivery charges. -
Change of Mind Return:
If you want to return a product due to a change of mind,
the delivery charge must be paid to the delivery agent, and the product must be returned in perfect, undamaged condition.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed and cannot be delivered within 7–10 working days,
you may request a refund.

No other circumstances will be eligible for refunds.
